Volume reduction has been suggested as a novel method to tackle the various challenges associated with produced water. The present solution offers an economical and environmentally friendly treat large bulk of water that may overwhelm conventional treatment methods. current study provides review volume technologies including freeze concentration, reverse osmosis, humidification dehumidification desalination systems. Focus is concentrated on general HDH in addition its integration refrigeration cycles for conditioned air production, power generation. GOR, freshwater yield, efficiencies integrated systems were reviewed. Lastly, innovation technology discussed emphasis incorporation MVC process.
